Facility Partners

Since CitySquash’s founding in 2002, we have been based at Fordham University’s Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx. Fordham generously provides CitySquash access to its classrooms and squash courts, and each year dozens of Fordham students volunteer for CitySquash as academic tutors and squash coaches. The beautiful Rose Hill campus is located across the street from CitySquash’s partner schools P.S. 205 and M.S. 45, and adjacent to the Bronx Zoo, the New York Botanical Garden, and Arthur Avenue, the Bronx’s famed Little Italy.

In 2010 CitySquash partnered with Fordham University to convert the University’s five narrow courts into 4 regulation sized international squash courts. In addition to providing CitySquash students and the Fordham University squash team a state-of-the-art facility to train in, the renovation increased viewing from galleries above the courts and through two glass side walls between courts #1 and #2.

In 2014, the Poly Prep Country Day School agreed to host our expansion to Brooklyn. The school provides office space, court and classroom access, and a pool of high school volunteers.
