John joined the CitySquash board in 2024. In October 2024, John began working at Annaly Capital Management as a Managing Director and Head of Whole Loans. Prior to joining Annaly, John spent 26 years at Morgan Stanley in leadership positions within Securitize Product Group focusing on Residential Loans, most recently servicing at Head of the U.S. Residential Conduit and Product Risk. A graduate of Fordham University with a BS in Acounting, John enjoys coming back to campus sharing insights and experiences with the students to assist them in their opportunities after graduation. John and his wife Mary have two children and enjoy spending time on Long Beach Island in NJ.
