Aray

Enrique joined CitySquash in 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Universidad Monteávila, Venezuela, and a postgraduate certificate in International Sports Management from CIES-FIFA. He has guided student-athletes through the American college system, providing support with recruitment, tryouts, applications, and visa process. As Director of College Access and Success, Enrique is committed to supporting CitySquash team members throughout their college journeys, from preparing strong applications to making key decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Bansal

Rana joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2021. He is currently an Associate at Crestview Partners, an investment firm based in New York City. Rana graduated from Harvard College in 2019 with an A.B. in Economics. At Harvard, he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Squash Team. Rana is the proud mentor of Gabe Garcia, a Middle school CitySquash Team Member.

Pacheco

Reyna joined the CitySquash Board of Directors in 2020. Reyna is an alum of the San Diego squash and education program, Access Youth Academy, and graduated from Columbia University in 2016, where she played Varsity Squash all four years. After graduating, she competed on the Professional Squash Association tour for several years, attaining a career-high ranking of #67. She now lives in New York City and works at Goldman Sachs.

Matthews

Hope joined the Junior Board in 2020. She is a Senior Product Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she works on the Max streaming product. Hope earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2024, and her bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College in 2018. While at Middlebury, she played on the Women’s Varsity Squash and Golf teams, and captained the golf team her senior year. Hope is the proud mentor of High School team member Ashley Amaro.

Jose joined CitySquash in 2002 as part of the organization’s first class. He attended Canterbury School for high school and earned his bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2009, double majoring in History and Latin American Studies. Jose also played on Hobart’s Varsity Squash Team. In 2016, he earned his Master’s in Education from Relay Graduate School. Jose works in the South Bronx as a Math Instructional Coach and Algebra Teacher at The American Dream School. He has been a CitySquash mentor for several years and mentors a high school student in the Bronx.

Kelly joined the CitySquash Board in 2020. She has been a long-time volunteer with CitySquash as a mentor and high school math tutor. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in New York and has a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania. Kelly lives in Manhattan with her husband, Andrew, and two boys.

Jose joined the CitySquash Board of Directors in 2020, as the first CitySquash alum to join the Board. Jose was part of CitySquash’s inaugural class and went on to attend Canterbury School for high school and Hobart and William Smith for college. Jose graduated from Hobart in 2009, where he played on the Varsity Squash Team. Stephen joined the CitySquash Board of Directors in 2020. Stephen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sound Point Capital Management, LP, a $21 billion credit asset management firm. Previously, he was Global Head of Media & Telecom Investment Banking for Bank of America Securities (“BofA”). From 1990 to 2000, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of DLJ. Stephen is on the Board of Trustees of the East Side House Settlement, the New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund and the Museum of the City of New York. Stephen earned a B.A. from New England College, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Stephen is an active (albeit mediocre) doubles squash player and his three children are avid singles squash players.

Sarah Robertson

Sarah is the mother of four avid squash players. She teaches workshops and assists with external communications at PAVE Academy, a K-8th grade charter school in Red Hook, Brooklyn, founded by her husband.  She also serves on the board of the Robertson Foundation. She has taught mindfulness classes for children and adults and also founded an herbal tea company, Steep Rise. She has worked as a staff writer for the Wall Street Journal and has also freelanced for many other publications, including The New York Times. Sarah graduated from Duke University.
