CitySquash emphasizes the importance of having a healthy diet. In addition to providing water and mostly natural foods during CitySquash activities, staff members encourage healthy eating behavior outside of CitySquash as well. When we welcome a round of new team members each year, an expert delivers a nutrition seminar to the students and their parents on the importance of making smart dietary choices.
