Bianca is an alumna of CitySquash and joined as a full-time staff member in 2021. As Director of Elementary School Academics, she is responsible for developing the academic enrichment curriculum for the 3^rd-5^th grade team members in the Bronx and tracks their academic progress. Bianca graduated from St. Lawrence University, where she majored in Psychology and double minored in Gender & Sexuality and Education. While at St. Lawrence, she was a tutor for the local elementary school, worked in the student center and was a member of various activist groups on campus. Bianca was born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y.
